Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd's fight sport experience began at 14 years old. After training in kickboxing boxing wrestling BJJ and BJJ, she began her professional debut with Jaimee Nievera at WCFC when she was 18 years old. Ladd went on an impressive 3-fight winning streak at Ultimate Reno Combat. In the three fights, she defeated her opponent within the first round. She went back to WCFC for the purpose of defeating Leslie Rodriguez through a unanimous verdict. Aspen beat Silvia B beghian as well as Maddy Simmons prior to facing Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia Calvillo handed Aspen a unanimous defeat and beat her in a match that tarnished Ladd's professional career. Ladd won her next bout with Roma Pawelek to improve to a record of 8-1. Aspen signed her contract with Invicta FC in 2015 to start her journey as a professional. Invicta Fc 11, she defeated Ana Carolina Vidal and won the fight in the first round via TKO. Invicta defeated her at bantamweight and prevailed via armbar submission in the 2nd round. Aspen's dazzling wrestling ability defeated McGill as she managed to finish her fight in the third round by TKO (elbows and punches). Aspen then went on to take on Jessica Hoy for Invicta FC18 with a weight that was 138.1lb. Ladd was not able make the weight, but Aspen was victorious and defeated Hoy via TKO. Invicta FC 21, she was victorious in her last fight for the promotion by unanimous decision. Aspen Ladd debuted in the UFC in the 118th UFC Fight Night 118, against Lina Langsberg. She dominated Lina through the ground and pound strategy, resulting in the TKO 2nd round win. Ladd remained in the lead as she picked up another big win over Tonya Avinger in UFC 229 with her next fight. Ladd defeated Evinger within the first few seconds and received a bonus for her performance during the evening. Invicta FC fighter Sijara Eugenes was in the UFC's Fight Night dos Anjos-Lee fight with Eubanks of Sijara, was her first fight that she had in any major way. Both fighters fought a close fight that Ladd was victorious by a majority decision. The two fighters each received their Fight of the Night Bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie defeated Ladd within 16-seconds, ending her win streak. Following a brief break, she returned to finish Yana Kunizkaya in UFC's ESPN 7 third-round fight. She took on Norma Dumont as a substitute for her fight last time with the UFC in UFC Fight Night 195. The fight was unanimously decided in her favor.
